– The major area is supplied ~36 MGD potable water from40 MGD Nangloi WTP operated and maintained by NWS. Balance demand ~13 MGD potable water is supplied by DJB to NWS from their Dwarka WTP & Haiderpur WTP.

In case of outstanding amount against water bill
• Visit the CSC and pay the outstanding amount.
• Visit the Zone office & fill out the reconnection form.
When consumers applied for disconnection, as they don't require it
•Visit the Zone office & fill out the reconnection form
•Reconnection charges to be paid
•Pay the outstanding bill amount, if any, with reconnection charges.
•This is an offline procedure

– Please file FIR and report theft by visiting CSC/ at Consumer Corner/ call the 24×7 Toll-Free Water Helpline 1800 121 7744. Pay the cost of the meter for installation of the new meter.

–If there is a leakage before the meter then NWS will repair it.
– If the leakage is after the meter then it is the internal pipeline of the house & consumer is responsible for the same.
